The post-CNY (Chinese New Year) restart was slower than expected, with some factories still not operating at full capacity. Our external partners are struggling to maintain the originally planned production pace, which has impacted the overall schedule.
On our side, we used this time to take a major step forward: our factory moved into a brand-new 7,000 m² building!
More space, more production lines, greater storage capacity… and a team that continues to grow. After a three-week transition, production has resumed and will now speed up. Our Ikigai, BIJUtsu, and some HQS lines will now be produced in-house at this new facility.

This change is part of a strong commitment to internalize as much production as possible — to better control timelines, QC, and reduce our dependency on external partners. That said, we’ll continue working with a few hand-picked factories for specific projects.
On the logistics side, shipping containers are still rerouted around the southern tip of Africa. The Suez Canal remains avoided for now, which unfortunately extends transit times. Since the situation is unpredictable — with carriers sometimes announcing delays only a few days before arrival at the destination port — we’ve built a safety margin into the estimated shipping timelines listed below.
Note: The shipping start date refers to the global launch, not just Europe.
Finally, we’re actively exploring new delivery solutions from our warehouses to offer you the best possible service.

THE JOKER HQSDX
To speed up production, we chose to split the regular and deluxe versions between two different factories, allowing both to progress simultaneously. Shipments have started in Asia and will begin in Europe this quarter. Deliveries will continue in waves through the end of the year.
BLACKBEARD UHQS
The factory’s pace remains very slow since CNY. We are actively seeking solutions. Shipping continues in waves through the end of the year.
BROOK HQSDX
Samples have been approved. Shipping will begin in Q3 and conclude in early 2026.

After a validated sample, we encountered unexpected issues during QC on the first production pieces — the quality was far below standard. We’ve decided to move production in-house. A dedicated team will work on the statue, with shipping scheduled to start during Q3.

NARUTO MUB
Pre-production samples are expected in Luxembourg at the end of April.
Shipping will begin in early Q3 and conclude in Q2 2026. The piece is massive, packed in three boxes, which extends the production timeline.
